1. Handcrafted Heritage Delivery
At Naqsh, every piece carries a story rooted in Palestinian heritage.
Each artifact is carefully handcrafted, inspected, and prepared individually before shipment to ensure the highest level of quality and authenticity. We proudly deliver handcrafted Palestinian art worldwide with secure and carefully protected packaging designed for collectors and heritage lovers.
2. Processing Times
As most of our pieces are handmade or prepared upon order, processing typically takes between 4–7 business days. Some custom or detailed handcrafted pieces may require additional preparation time to preserve the artistic quality and finishing standards of the work.
3. Delivery Estimates
Domestic Delivery (Palestine): 2–4 business days.
International Delivery: 4–7 business days depending on destination and shipping provider. Please note that customs inspections or international regulations may occasionally cause slight delays beyond our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking portal at any time.
5. Important Notes
Due to the handmade nature of many Naqsh products, slight variations in texture, tone, or finish may occur. These details are considered part of the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece.
