1. The Handmade Standard
Each Naqsh piece is a unique creation by an artisan. Slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are not defects but signs of authentic craftsmanship. We encourage our collectors to embrace these nuances as part of the artifact’s soul.
2. 14-Day Return Window
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition and include all heritage packaging.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that an artifact arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at support@naqsh-ps.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a priority replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made artifacts, personalized embroidery, and items purchased during specific limited heritage drops are final sale unless a defect is present.
